All sales of digital products are final.
Because files are delivered instantly after purchase, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at kiaora@teataglobal.com and we will ensure you receive your product.
Physical Products (if applicable)
If you purchase a physical item from Te Ata Global and it arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, email kiaora@teataglobal.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved returns must be sent back in original condition. Once received, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
