Te Ata Global wants every kaiako to feel supported and treated fairly.

Digital products

Most Te Ata Global products are digital resources delivered electronically. Because of this, refunds are not usually provided once access has been supplied or a file has been downloaded.

When we will help

Please get in touch if:

— You cannot access the resource after purchase

— The download link is not working

— You purchased the same product twice by mistake

— You received the wrong file

— There is a genuine technical issue preventing access

Te Ata Global will respond fairly and work with you to find a reasonable solution. This may include resending access, replacing the file, or considering a refund where the situation warrants it.

Change of mind

Refunds are not usually provided for change of mind after a digital product has been delivered.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law.
