Welcome to Te Ata Global.
Te Ata Global provides practical, culturally grounded teaching resources, prompts, frameworks, and digital products designed to support kaiako in Aotearoa and beyond. By using this website or purchasing or downloading a Te Ata Global resource, you agree to the terms below.
1. About Te Ata Global
Te Ata Global exists to support kaiako with practical classroom resources that honour Te Ao Māori, strengthen confidence, and help teachers take clear next steps in their planning and practice.
2. Digital products and resources
Most Te Ata Global products are digital resources. These may include PDFs, prompts, teaching frameworks, planning tools, templates, and other downloadable or online materials.
3. Classroom use — free resources
The Core Edition is a free resource, available by signing up at teataglobal.com. Each kaiako is welcome to sign up and download it directly. Please share the sign-up link with colleagues rather than redistributing the PDF file — this ensures every kaiako receives the most current version and any updates.
4. Classroom use — paid resources
One purchase of a paid Te Ata Global resource is for one kaiako's own classroom and planning use. You may adapt the resource for your learners. If you co-teach the same class as another kaiako, you may share access with that co-teacher for use with your shared learners only.
You may not share paid resources with a whole team, syndicate, school, or wider group, or place them in a shared school-wide drive, without written permission or an agreed arrangement with Te Ata Global.
5. Professional development, facilitation, and commercial use
Te Ata Global resources, including the Kōrero & Create™ framework, may not be used in paid professional development, external training, or commercial facilitation without written permission from Te Ata Global. This applies whether you are delivering to staff, facilitating for other organisations, or using the resource as part of any paid service.
For facilitator or PLD enquiries, contact kevin@teataglobal.com.
6. School, team, and organisational use
For school, team, or wider organisational use, please contact Te Ata Global to discuss the best option.

7. Intellectual property
All Te Ata Global resources, writing, frameworks, prompts, graphics, product names, and teaching structures remain the intellectual property of Te Ata Global unless otherwise stated. This includes the Kōrero & Create™ name and framework. Purchasing or downloading a resource gives you permission to use it — not ownership of the resource itself.
8. Professional judgement
Te Ata Global resources are designed to support teaching practice. They do not replace your professional judgement, school policies, curriculum decisions, cultural advice, or local relationships. Kaiako remain responsible for adapting resources appropriately for their learners, whānau, hapū, iwi, and school context.
9. Cultural integrity
Te Ata Global is committed to honouring Te Ao Māori and engaging with culture authentically. Users of Te Ata Global resources are expected to use them respectfully and thoughtfully, in a spirit consistent with the values they are built on.
10. Payments and access
Where products are sold, payment must be completed before access is provided. If you experience a payment, access, or download issue, contact kevin@teataglobal.com for support.
11. Refunds
Please see the Refund Policy for full details. Digital products are generally not refundable once access has been provided, but Te Ata Global will respond fairly to genuine access issues, technical problems, duplicate purchases, or incorrect files.
12. Accuracy
Te Ata Global makes reasonable efforts to ensure resources and website information are accurate and useful. Resources may be updated over time and may not suit every classroom context.
13. Changes to these terms
Te Ata Global may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
