Product Licence

Last updated: June 2026

This page explains how Te Ata Global resources may and may not be used. Unless otherwise stated, all Te Ata Global products are provided under the following licence.

Free resources — Core Edition

The Core Edition is available free by signing up at teataglobal.com. You are welcome to share the sign-up link widely with colleagues and networks. Please do not redistribute the PDF file directly — sharing the link ensures every kaiako receives the current version and email support.

Paid resources — permitted use

One purchase covers one kaiako's own classroom and planning use. With a paid resource you may:

— Use the resource in your own classroom

— Use the resource for your own planning and preparation

— Adapt parts of the resource for your own learners

— Print or store a copy for your own teaching use

— Share access with a co-teacher if you are both teaching the same class together

Paid resources — not permitted

You may not:

— Resell the resource

— Republish the resource in any form

— Upload the resource publicly or to a shared platform

— Share the resource with a whole team, syndicate, school, or group

— Place the resource in a shared school-wide drive

— Claim the resource or any part of it as your own work

— Use the resource in paid professional development, external training, or commercial facilitation without written permission from Te Ata Global

The co-teaching exception above applies to shared classroom use only. It does not extend to team planning, syndicate sharing, or school-wide access.

Professional development and facilitator use

The Kōrero & Create™ framework and all associated Te Ata Global resources are protected intellectual property. Using them as the basis for paid professional development, external workshops, or commercial training — whether for schools, organisations, or other groups — requires written permission from Te Ata Global.

School, team, and organisational use

For school, team, or wider organisational use, please contact Te Ata Global to discuss the best option.
